December 2012 – Toronto Star Interview with Claudia Harvey– Small Business Section
The interview in the Toronto Star by Tersea Pitman discusses the personal qualities of an entrepreneur versus the qualities needed for a good manager. Starting your own business is quite different than running an established business and going concern. What exactly are those qualities and how do they transition from working relatively independently starting a business to being responsible to managing, guiding and motivating employees? Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know when entering that transition and I am pleased to contribute some of my personal experiences since starting my own venture.
